When designing a dynamic OOH campaign, you may either choose to use premade SmartContent rules to target your normal video materials, or design a custom HTML5 page that displays your dynamic campaign.

NB. Dynamic OOH is unavailable at screens situated inside metros and trams.
In dynamic campaigns, when using HTML content delivered from a client server, it is recommended that you use preload script:
HTML content preloading
The content will be loaded in an invisible window when the previous content is playing. When the playback is starting (and the window becomes visible), the jcddms_playbackStart event is fired. In order to ensure correct playout, the HTML content should have a callback on the jcddms_playbackStart event on the playback start.
jcddms_playbackStart event may not be visible from iframes. It is the responsibility of the main document that includes the iframe to either act on the iframe directly or forward the event, e.g. with window.postmessage.
The design of a dynamic SmartContent is largely the same as a regular digital OOH campaign. Just take into consideration the following additional guidelines:
